UPS Shipping Guide

For orders placed:

• Before 3:00PM EST from Tuesday to Friday will be shipped out the same day (on Mondays: place order before 12:00PM EST for the same day shipping)
• UPS Next Day and Second Day before 3:00PM EST from Tuesday to Friday will ship out same day
• After 3:00PM EST from Tuesday to Thursday will ship out on the next business day
• After 3:00PM EST on Friday will be shipped out on the following business day, Monday.

United States Post Office Guide

USPS Priority Mail deliveries will take 2-4 days, counting from the shipping date. So if an order ships Monday then the expected delivery would be by Friday of that week.

Shipments to Military Bases

Shipping to a military address works very differently than regular shipping. The US Postal Service delivers directly to the military and then the military takes over and delivers to the various bases. Once the shipment leaves the US Mail we can no longer track it. Please be aware that the military will also confiscate some items they think are inappropriate. You can find further information on shipping to military addresses at USPS.com. There are many caveats listed there. Delivery to military addresses can take up to 10 business days and are shipped using USPS.

Note:

Sometimes problems occur in transit of packages. However, we will always assist our customers in the resolution of these instances. All carrier deliveries are estimates only, without any shipping discrepancies, problems or delays.

• All returned products must be unused.
• All toys, electronic and non-electronic must be unopened.
• Clothes must be unworn with the original tags still attached.
• All costumes must be in original packaging with unopened accessories.
• Sealed media (such as DVDs and CDs) must have any original shrink-wrapping.
• Books must be in original condition with unbroken spines and undamaged covers.

NOTE: We Make NO Exceptions to these Requirements. We value your patronage and hope you understand that due to the nature of our products we cannot accept some returns for health risk factors which is for your protection and ours.

**Please check the working condition and fabric quality of all products before use. We will not accept a return of any item, even a defective item that appears to have been used or washed.

To initiate a return, e-mail sales@teaserpleasers.com within 30 days from the date of your invoice. Include your order number and the word "Return" in the subject line. Briefly explain what item you would like to return and why you wish to return it (e.g., defective, not what you expected). Indicate whether you are requesting a refund or store credit.

We are not responsible for shipments sent to an unauthorized address, shipments that are lost, or shipments that do not clearly display a valid Return Mailing Address, and we are not obligated to issue any associated refunds or store credits in those situations.

If your original order qualified for free shipping but would not have qualified for free shipping without the product(s) you are returning, the shipping charge for Standard/Ground will be deducted from your refund or store credit. If you request that your order be cancelled before it has been shipped then a confirmation of your cancellation will be e-mailed to you and $9.00 will be deducted from your refund. If you do not receive a confirmation of your order cancellation you must accept delivery of your package and follow the steps outlined in this return policy. If you refuse delivery of an order that you have placed, a minimum of a 18% Restocking Fee will be deducted from any associated refund.

We reserve the right to deny the return of any product that is judged (at the sole discretion of TeaserPleasers.com) not to meet the criteria outlined above or to have been deliberately damaged or damaged through misuse or poor shipment packaging.

In your return package please include:

• The packing slip
• A note telling us what the problem was
• A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item
• If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded
